The years when spoken are treated just as you would read the number:

• 1807 = mil ochocientos siete
• 1965 = mil novecientos sesenta y cinco
• 2008 = dos mil ocho

Time

Notes: You might also hear the time said as written numerically above:
3:45 (Son las tres cuarenta y cinco)
You might also hear after the half-hour and before the next hour as:
8:40 (Faltan veinte minutos para las ocho) or 8:55 (Faltan cinco minutos para las ocho)
